Our patient advocacy group was founded with the goal of empowering patients and giving them a voice in the healthcare system. We believe that every patient has the right to receive high quality care, and our goal is to help individuals navigate the often-complex healthcare system and advocate for their own health.

Our team of dedicated advocates is made up of individuals who have personal experience with the healthcare system, and who are passionate about helping others. We offer a range of support services, including Geriatric Case Management, Review of Medical History including Medication Reconciliation and Referrals to Informational Resources.

In addition to providing support to individual patients, we also work to raise awareness about important issues facing the healthcare system and advocate for change on a broader level. We believe that by working together, we can improve the healthcare experience for all patients.
